ERM does not provide invite links to our server's dashboard. Instead, if you have the @staff member role in our Discord server, our panel will be visible within the "servers" tab.
Go to https://ermbot.xyz and click on the Discord profile picture icone on the top left.
Once you've clicked on it, you will be redirected to a login page. Press the "continue with Discord" button and authorize ERM to your Discord account.
If done properly, you will now be seeing a list of servers you have access to. One should say 'New York City Roleplay | Strict | Realistic' with 'moderator' underneath it. Additionally, it will also display out 'Affiliate' badge on the embed. In order to proceed, press the "Panel" button.
You should now be inside our moderation panel. This might look overwhelming at first, but I will take you through the whole panel.
The main part of the panel is going to be the 'Create Moderation' section. This allows you to log moderations onto the ERM dashboard. You fill in the full Roblox username of the person that broke a rule, select a punishment, upload proof (optional), and add a reason before clicking 'create moderation'.
Besides that, we have the 'user info' section. This allows you to view a member's Roblox information on the ERM dashboard. For this to work, you need to put in a "Username" on the 'Create Moderation' part.
On the botton left of the panel you can see all active staff members who are currently on duty or on break.
Once linked, you have now been granted the ability to run the :log punish command in-game. Here is how it works. :log punish -RobloxUser- -Warning/Kick/Ban/BOLO- -Reason- Ex. :log punish wooft123456789 BOLO MRDM in a SZ. Note that this will NOT kick/ban the targeted player. For more advanced commands like this, look the pins in staff chat.
Next to that, you have the 'Manage Shift' section. In order to start your shift, you will have to click the 'Select Shift Type' button. once pressed, select the 'Default' shift type. You can now click on the 'Start shift' button. In order to end your shift, just scroll down and press 'off duty'. The ERM bot will also DM you a Shift Report.
Besides that, you can see all the in-game logs. This includes: Current players, Current vehicles, Modcall/Command/Kill/Join-Leave logs, and you can perform Discord/Restricted vehicle checks. This small part allows you to quickly grab the full user of someone who left the server, or check if there are any booster-only cars spawned in. This panel also allows you to run the bring, wanted, load, jail commands etc, remotely. Note that all remote server actions get logged to the HR team. Doing this off-duty will result in a strike. Mass abusing this system will result in a termination.
Last but not least, we have the 'Moderations' list on the far right. This allows you to look up any past moderations or see/complete any active ban BOLOs. For all the Administrators, in order to complete BOLOs, right click on the moderation, click 'copy Roblox user ID', go in-game and run :ban (ID). Right click on the moderation again and press 'Mark as Completed'.
Alternatively, you can log moderation without even going onto the ERM dashboard. In order to do this, you must link your Roblox account to ERM. Go to the Discord server and run /link with the ERM bot and follow the steps. If you were to encounter any errors, open a ticket in the ERM support Discord server.
