FAQ
Q: What is the staff quota?
A: Quota differs from each rank. Moderators need to reach 4 hours of shift time to not get infracted. However, administrators need 3 hours, one ticket handled, and one trainee trained. Find each quota for every rank under the 'Staff Quota' section in the staff handbook or by clicking here.
Q: Why did I get infracted?
A: All staff members are able to see the #infractions channel. We always state our reasoning for the infraction in the message. We suggest you not to open an IA ticket just to see the proof. We do not infract without a reason/valid evidence.
Q: How can I get the 'off duty commands' role/permission?
A: The off duty commands role is given to MGMT members when HMGMT think they are fit for it.
Q: Do I have to use the name format?
A: It is mandatory to use the name format. Failure to do so will lead to an infraction. This is to make our staff team look more organised and professional. The format is Timezone | Rank | (Full roblox) username.
Q: Can I use the hint command?
A: Yes. You are allowed to use all game messages provided to you in the staff handbook. You are not allowed to SSD without BOD+ permission.
Q: What do I do if there are too many modcalls?
A: If there is too little staff online you may ping any online IA member and they will use the /mod request command to call backup.
Q: Why don't I have moderation commands in-game?
A: Trial moderators do not get commands in-game while not undergoing supervision. Have the moderator+ (NOT moderation team) role but no commands? If there is an administrator in game, nicely ask if they could mod you. If there are none in game, ping the IAD+ to remotely mod you.
Q: What do I do when I'm done with a game report?
A: Once a game report has been solved you can press the red 'Close' button. Additionally, you can also use the staff tools if you need it. Please make sure to close the report once you're done with it.
Q: How do I report a staff member?
A: If you saw a staff member lack SPaG, abuse commands, fail to handle a mod scene, or anything that broke our staff rules, head over to the support channel and make an IA ticket. Do NOT open a ticket if you don't have proper video evidence of the staff member doing so. Even if you are trying to report IA+, open an IA ticket.
Q: How do I see if people have RPing permissions?
A: Everyone has access to the #perm-logs. Search for their username and if it's not on there tell them to remove the roadwork, end the hostage RP, etc. Even if they're saying stuff like "I got permissions from a mod though". Tell them to remove it and suggest that they open an IA ticket if they have video evidence of a staff member saying they may. You are required to log every permission given as stated in the staff handbook.
Q: Who has to follow fear RP?
A: Everyone is required to follow fear roleplay except for a few exceptions. These exceptions are law enforcement officers and tactical units.
