Rank Guide

Moderation Team:

As a moderator, your job is to moderate the in game server, you have three ranks to work through in this team;
Trial Moderator - You take this role until someone from the management team thinks you are capable of being independent as a staff member. You must have a Staff Supervisor or higher with you whilst on shift, assume you need one unless told otherwise, ownership may approve trial mods to bypass supervision, this is a one time approval, you should request supervision in the channel using the format.
Moderator - You progress to moderator when you have shown that you are professional, follow rules and are independent. You do not need supervision at this rank but may be viewed with or without notice by any rank.
Senior Moderator - You are not yet deemed ready to take on tickets and training, but show good skills in moderating.

Administration Team:

As an administrator, your job is to moderate the ingame server and handle tickets. Administrators with the ‘Staff Trainer’ Role also take the task of training staff.
Administrators and senior administrators alike may handle in game bans and ban bolos. To handle a ban bolo, you take the user ID of the person who has been requested to ban, paste into ER:LC - :ban [User ID]. Click the option button within melonly and click ‘Mark As Completed’.

Staff Supervisor Team:

Your primary responsibilities include training trainee moderators, supervising trial moderators, and handling general tickets. While doing so, ensure that you adhere to all staff rules and the guidelines outlined in the Staff Supervisor Guide.

Internal Affairs Team:

Keep up what you're doing. You can not start slacking off. Show that you're interested in the rank and wanted to climb even higher. Keep answering tickets efficiently and show you can take on whatever report that they have.

Management Team:

Your responsibilities include reviewing staff applications, handling management and general tickets, supervising ranks below you to ensure they follow the rules, and managing the Discord server.
