Supervision Guide
Use this guide to refresh yourself on how to supervise new staff.
As a staff supervisor, your job is to supervise the lower ranks with the addition of claiming supervision requests.
Guidelines:
Ensure trial mod changes their name at the DMV before moderating.
You may supervise a maximum of two trial moderators.
If you have more than one, you do not have to patrol with the moderators, but answer their questions while supervising.
You may not go AFK, or ‘tab out’ during this session, shift grinding rules still apply.
Always unmod your trial mod after completing the supervision request.

Logging
With NYCRP Management, use the command /log supervision. You will need their user, the duration and whether is was good or bad. It will count the supervisions automatically.
