Official punishment guide for staff moderations.

Boosters bypass the hour kick and should only receive 15 minute kicks.

Bannable offense

• Leaving To Avoid Punishment

• Raiding/raid threats

• Rejoining within one hour of a kick

• Any type of hate speech

• Banned RP's (List Here)

• Breaking Roblox Terms of Service

• Mass Fail Role Play

• Exploiting

• Mass Random Death Match

• Mass Vehicle Death Match

• Advertising

• Evading bans by using alternate accounts

• Mass Trolling/NITRP

• Bypassing Chat Filter

• Tool Abuse that lags the server (Mass placing objects such as tents etc.)

• Staff Vehicle Death Match

• Staff Random death match

Kickable Offences

1 Hour Kicks

• GTA driving

Driving faster than 105 mph and/or repeatedly hitting random objects is considered GTA driving. However, driving faster than 105 mph while being chased is not considered GTA driving.

• Leaving cars on the middle of the road (RP excluded)

Advise the user to move their car first through a PM. If they don't comply, kick them.

• Impersonating staff

• Disrespect

• Ignoring staff

• No intent to roleplay (NITRP)

• Refusing to change an unrealistic avatar

• Killing in a mod scene

• Not listening to staff

• Doing an RP that requires perms from staff with no perms

• Killing in safe zone

• Avoiding staff/running away from staff

• Impersonating ESU/ any other department

• Fake Staff

• Using exotic vehicles without being a booster

• Fake department

This means the reported user is intentionally using WL liveries, uniforms, or gear without being whitelisted. Before moderating them, instruct them to make the necessary changes. If they refuse, apply the appropriate punishment.

15 Minute Kicks

• Vehicle Death Match

• Random death match

Warnable Offences

• Not using the correct livery/uniform

• Cuff rushing

• Unrealistic avatar

• FRP (Fail Roleplay)

• Breaking new life rule

• Not yielding for emergency vehicles

• Autojailing

• Mass robbing

• Using a rifle without being whitelisted

• Tool abuse

• Driving with a car that's smoking or has multiple missing tires

• Cop baiting
